Our Flawless Epoxy Flake Flooring Installation

Check out the steps we took to ensure this flooring installation was flawless:
- Concrete Grinding: We began with concrete grinding to achieve a pristine surface.
- Repairs: We prioritized repairing cracks and divots to create a perfect foundation.
- Edge Rounding: All edges were carefully rounded to enhance both durability and aesthetics.
- Base Coat Application: After preparation, we applied a 100% epoxy solids base coat. We carefully spread and rolled it out evenly.
- Poly Flake Incorporation: Next, we added the selected polyflake blend, ensuring complete coverage.
- Curing: We allowed the coating to cure overnight.
- Excess Flake Removal: The following day, we meticulously removed any excess flake and cleaned the surface.
- Final Touches: We perfected the concrete-to-epoxy transitions.
- Top Coat Application: Finally, we applied a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat, providing enhanced durability and a beautiful, glossy finish.
